In Leankor we can have drag and drop feature through which we can move activities from the resource which is over-allocated to the resource which is under-allocated.

Click on the left navigation menu and then click the arrow in front of Portfolio management.

It will expand the portfolio management and we can see the Portfolio and Resources in the left navigation menu. Click on resources to go to resource utilization and resource schedule window.

When we click on resources it will give you two options to view the resources either by Resource utilization or Resource Schedule.

It will open the Resource Utilization window.

Here we can see both resource utilization and resource schedule in the same window.

Click on the department which is at the top of the resource utilization window to filter the resources either by “role hierarchy” or by “Users”. Click on “By Role Hierarchy”.

It will display the resource as per the hierarchy level. To view the resource utilization and resource schedule by CEO level. Click on CEO to filter the resources from top to bottom.

Here we can see the resource utilization and resource schedule which is filtered by role hierarchy.

In resource schedule section, we can see different activities are assigned to different resources. Here, we can move activities from one resource and assigned it to another resource.
Here Activity “A2-2” is allocated to resource “Kiran Bala”.

When a resource is overallocated we can move some activity to a resource which is under-allocated.
Click on the activity and drag it to the front of the resource you want to assign that activity.

Here we have moved the activity and assigned it to Marilyn Riddoch.
